I started driving to work this morning and decided not to hate everything all day and called out before I even got there. I slept in and now I’m gonna take a long hot bath. 🛁
Looking back on my first month of mood tracking with Daylio, reflections
- this was mostly a pretty good month, from a mood regulation perspective
- I don’t think I would have handled 6/25 and later so well if it had not been for a boatload of therapy
- This is such a good idea and I’m proud of me
This is interesting because I’ve never lived in Colorado or New Mexico. I did live in Tucson for about a year though. Spending time in both Maine and Arizona every year for 14 years growing up taught me some odd dialectical behaviors I guess ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I’m really feeling good about using it (I’m about a month into daily tracking) and it’s nice to feel like I have a paper trail of my emotions.
I’m actually doing really well today after some therapy magic 🪄
