Biden very intentionally rejected some of these proposals in his previous campaign. This signals a drastic change in posture toward SCOTUS heading into a second term. most importantly signals there are a significant # of congressional Dems on board.

I don’t read a lot of contemporary stuff, but by far the best 21st Century novel I’ve read is Wolf Hall.

Watched LA Confidential for the first time in 25 years and folks that’s a 5-star movie.
