He’s now a convicted felon, and his biggest accomplishment besides botching a once in a generation pandemic is overturning abortion rights for women while his party is swearing to ban access to contraception. If people actually come out to vote, he will lose.

and this is despite democrats being kind of ignorant to the fact that these guys are not gonna be gone after 2024, far from it, this is kind of the beginning of a major migrane for party politics

The one comforting thought is Trump is really unhealthy and he has no successor. If he loses in November they basically have to move on.

We’re five months out. Obama’s numbers were also bad at this point in his presidency and he won handily. Polling has also been way less reliable the last few years as no one answers the phone. Is it a guaranteed win? No, but I like Biden’s chances more than the guy getting sentenced next month.
