I probably shouldn’t mention this, but apparently Brooklyn’s Central Library has more than the four “decks” of storage space underneath it. It was always rumored to have a partially built subway platform underneath. Unfortunately, the racoons from Mt Prospect like the decks too.

Thanks. Timer is a good idea. I have Bluesky turned off from 12pm to 7am but there’s an override and 2am thoughts are powerful buggers.

How are you all managing the emotional response to mainlining news on Bluesky? I should probably stop as soon as I feel overwhelmingly sad and helpless, but the desire to also be informed is huge.
