Not only *can* it be, but under this Trump immunity opinion it *definitely is* and the only remedy would be impeachment. (BTW, that's definitely likely to happen in such a circumstance, since the President, by the same token, would have immunity from prosecution for arresting any legislators, too)

maybe seizing and arresting the Supreme Court majority for aiding and abetting an attempt to overthrow the U.S. government can be a "core constitutional duty" and an "official act," why not

Or announce in the state of the union that pardons are available for specific acts.

Or releasing Thomas’s tax returns and then instigating a mob protesting outside his home.

It is very interesting how much the opinion here, as a practical political matter, only can exist because the court can presume the restraint and good faith of the current president.

Worth reading the first line of the screenshot and realizing that the very existence of trans people is considered "pornography" by the Project 2025 gremlins.

I'mma say this for all the people in the back. Don't vote for a person. Vote for your rights, for the rights of others.
