hi, are you doomscrolling? That's a reasonable reaction based on everything going on right now. You still need adequate time to rest and recover. Make an effort to get enough sleep, limit screen time before bed, and charge your phone away from your bedroom.

It's annoying because I know doomscrolling is bad for me but I feel like I'm obligated to know and talk about what's going on or people will get mad at me for ignoring it

Also, now that it's Disability Pride month I'd love to remind and/or inform people! marriage equality includes marriage equality for people with disabilities. The government can and will suddenly cut-off people's disability payments if they get married. 👍🎇🏳️‍🌈
