Oh for sure. The man is a quack. I think any official statement on the shooting should point out that it’s Trump who’s lost control of his base. Not that he’s being threatened by some liberal or left specter.

Blatantly ignoring that Trump was shot at by a Republican who was probably mad that Trump wasn’t *racist enough*.

I see this a lot with how people talk about Russian Detractors of Putin or some of Netanyahu’s harshest critics in Israel. We’re not prepared for the fact that that there’s a population of people who think Putin, Trump, and Netanyahu aren’t going far enough. And they’re violently mad about it.
