Here’s the thing about the Vance pick: it’s probably unhelpful in electoral terms. But, in terms of governance, it’s further evidence that they’re Going For It. Trump 1 was hobbled in his authoritarian attempt by the admin and GOP. Trump 2 will be aided by both. They’re gonna go for it.

I will never get over the fact that colossal world events and this degree of messianic worship is centered on *literally Donald Trump*, a fey, mincing gossip queen whose only path to real joy in life is if he were installed as the host of an Entertainment Tonight-type show that ran in perpetuity.

Nearly every time I’ve seen a court vacate a labor arbitration award it’s been because the court didn’t like the stated reasoning. But arbitrators aren’t required to state reasoning. So the standard ought not to be what the arbitrator said, but anything the arbitrator COULD HAVE said.

I cannot stress this enough: it has not been 100% confirmed that a gunmen tried to kill convicted felon Donald Trump because of Trump's long-term and close ties to notorious child-rapist Jeffrey Epstein. This is something that many people are simply thinking more and more.
