It seems to me the NYT (and WH Press for that matter) should have cross-referenced the dates of Dr. Cannard’s visits w/ the president’s schedule. On the second of the supposed 8 dates, 8/25/23, Biden wasn’t at the WH for any of that day. He was at Tom Steyer’s place in Tahoe that whole week.

his emphasis is that biden’s presidency was itself the greatest hoax in US history and that its chief authors - obama, schumer, pelosi, jeffries, harris - are historic criminals. sounds like he knows which show trials he would recommend during a second trump presidency.

i am at natcon24. stephen miller is arguing against the legitimacy of replacing biden with harris while also saying harris knew that biden is “brain-dead” and has been “for 3.5 years” except for occasions when they “pumped him full of drugs” — so i think you can infer which candidate he prefers

It increasingly feels like political pundits have turned the Biden "age crisis" into a referendum on their own societal relevance.

He’s a far right extremist on every issue. Every single one.

I sort of get folks saying in 2016 that Trump was going to moderate once elected. They were objectively wrong, and it was predictable, but it was at least a plausible thing for someone to believe. Folks saying Trump-2 will be a manageable center-right normal-ish admin are just ... deranged frankly.

the important distinction is that they won't merely hold objectionable views and keep those views to themselves, or just take actions within the ordinary perimeter of constitutional governance that supports it. It's not a plan for rightwing government. It's a plan for police-state fascist control.

For the fucking record, it’s not moderate to have the same approach on abortion bans (good in the South!) that the Confederacy had on slavery.
