The discourse around biden needing more sleep is fully insane. Does no one remember "Executive Time," the thing Trump spent the majority(!) of his schedule on where he would just watch TV and tweet? It’s such a tell that one candidate is allowed to be old with his brains leaking out while the other is subjected to a weeks long whisper campaign to knee cap him out of the race because of a bad debate performance. Almost like there’s no principle at work beyond attacking Democrats.

I think I just realized that I had an earlier exposure to Lovecraft before, in Heavy Metal (vol 18, #2, May '94). P. Craig Russell did an adaptation of one of his stories, "From Beyond." This story was collected by Dark Horse and titled, "Murder Mysteries and Other Stories."

It drives me nuts when people say we need to make sure poor people have access to AI. The entire schtick is focused on providing AI slop to the masses while ensuring the elites get real human professionals. Having a human teacher or doctor or lawyer cannot become a bespoke luxury for the wealthy.

Thank you so much for turning out to support Rocky Mountain Wildlife Alliance and to hang with Atosha & Cleopatra (the owls) and Kingston & McPhee (the hawks) at Fan Expo Denver. You raised significant money for wildlife rehabilitation, and also Kingston took a shit on some of my calendars.

I think I have thoughts on twitter and bluesky as marketing tools, but I haven't studied social media marketing extensively. A course and a linkedin learning course is it, basically. But I think I loosely get it's purpose

I'm at that age where I'm permitted to use one bit of slang from this decade per day, and then after that, I have to reel it back in
