I've been doing cognitive behavioral therapy for 15 months now. I'm sort of in a new relationship and I have a dismissive avoidant attachment style. So that's fucked. I've been doing a lot of reading about it and it is creepy reading someone write about your own damn self with such clarity. 🫤

I need a word that means both terribly envious and incredibly happy for others for this aurora shit. I REALLY WANT TO SEE ONE IN MY LIFETIME and Southern CA isn't going to see shit. But I have no ill feelings for those lucky enough to get a show. I'm deliriously happy on that, but also sad for me
