Here's the thing. If a bunch of rich people manage to bully the party into kicking out the *elected candidate* and replace him with literally anyone and we go into the election with a person chosen by a bunch of rich people that nobody had a chance to vote for our democracy is already dead.

You are not voting to get married to the Democrats. You are voting to keep the fascist GOP *out* of power. They are going to implement everything they have outlined, it will destroy millions of people's lives and set back this country decades. Vote against the new authoritarian nighmare!

The other critical thing here is that “but they’re only talking about protests” ignores the fact that harassment has gotten worse, will continue to get worse as masks become further stigmatized, and will 100% be used by cops to target BIPOC maskers whether or not they’re in a protest/big group

Hoo boy I am really wishing I had a slightly bigger car for tomorrow evening since I've got five adults and a Prius and at least one of them is not able to be squished into the car and the gross carrying capacity is NOT five adults sized so we gotta make several trips to all get to see Squonk. Oops.

Waiting to see when to leave to pick up family at the airport. Two different websites say that the flight was delayed and I shouldn't leave yet. The PIT website says it arrived on time. Someone is lying....

Marc is warm like a fuzzy blanket and kind, and he checks me when I’m not sure I’m being a jerk while also boosts me when I’m doing good. He loves people for who they are, as well as who they can be in the future. I love him lots.
