If Dems crumble to the rich donor class and the Old Guard, with the help of so-called progressives who just want to Punish Biden, so help me, we've lost our democratic process. Just outright overruling a primary vote is bad enough, but actively ratfucking the President and incumbent? Fuck that.

I don’t understand how any progressive or leftist can think setting the precedent that donors can overrule primary voters is a good idea. Even grading on the American politics curve, myopic in the extreme.

Is polling right? IDK. It's a snapshot of the present, not a prediction of the future. And can Biden win? Maybe! But I've heard from a ton of folks feeling deeply paralyzed by not knowing where to focus. Focusing downballot is one great way to for-sure help the whole ticket.
