The core issue is here: the 2024 election, like 2016 and 2020, isn't a real choice. The elite political system failed in its filtering function and generated one unacceptable option, out of only two. Everyone understands this, but about half of them have invincible partisan reason to deny it.

The discourse around biden needing more sleep is fully insane. Does no one remember "Executive Time," the thing Trump spent the majority(!) of his schedule on where he would just watch TV and tweet? As a side note, this is John McEntee, Trump's Director of White House Personnel and the primary architect of Project 2025. On Tik Tok he said he gives counterfeit bills to homeless people so they will be arrested when they go to spend them.

Took the family to The Melting Pot, a fondue place in the Gaslamp here in San Diego. It was a magical evening. Great food and ambience, and we're enjoying what will probably be my mom's last visit cross country due to age. Just a very pleasant evening.

Biden’s bad debate is no longer new. Trump’s refusal of a freebie prime time ABC interview is new and uncharacteristic. Why is Trump’s campaign hiding him? How is Trump scrambling to cope with a promised Biden resurgence? Can Trump regain media attention when all eyeballs are on Biden?

1/Just a reminder that the Bible is full of trans people. The Hebrew term saris (סָרִיס) is mostly translated into English as eunuch, but in Hebrew is often depicted as a person who was born male but later in life appears female. And the saris is respected. Isaiah 56:4-5 has a blessing for the saris.
