Notice how everyone is somehow talking about Biden Too Old right now, and NOT about how the Supreme Court just legalized Trump being a dictator for life and gutted the administrative state, and how the Heritage Foundation is now issuing terrorist threats? Think that might not be an accident?

That part isn't the disinfo part. It's the chaos and rumormongering that is going to be used to get Mike fucking Johnson etc. into power once they push Kamala Harris out of the line of succession. It's also being used to distract everyone from mounting a coordinated response to the Supreme Court

A trump term he’s described would absolutely destroy the economy. Jobs would be lost. Homes would be foreclosed and the crime rate would explode. It’s real and it’s on the menu in November. Or we could vote for the old guy that has live in his aged but beating heart.

An exquisite irony of the current moment is Trump’s tariff plan combined with SCOTUS lawlessness would yield a moment where we have a functionally unremovable king and a huge tax on tea.

they don’t have a definitive position, they just think Biden’s options are (1) step aside or (2) get out in front of this ASAP, and he’s doing neither. they also have some good vision into the party dynamics at play.

Chris has a really great point here but I have yet to see a Harris poll.

I’m torn on this question and think you’re making a compelling serious argument. But I will say the one bit of evidence we *do* have that a non Biden D would not be saddled with the unpopularity is that D’s are polling like 5-7 points ahead of Biden in basically every statewide race.
