The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel confirms that a Columbus, Ohio, police officer detailed to the RNC shot and killed a homeless Black man (earlier reported to be in his early 20s) more than half a mile from the RNC arena. The man was known by the nickname Jehovah and took care of a pit bull named Isis.

Deep red--DEEP RED--districts have swung D on Dobbs voters alone, but the political media just throws a weak "abortion is likely to be a factor" into the mix once in a while and goes back to talking about "President Old Man" some more. Fucking maddening.

This is also why it’s so utterly enraging that US political media is pretty much entirely ignoring how incredibly pissed off a lot of minorities and women are at Trump and the GOP these days. Barely a mention of anger over Dobbs.

It was a joke. Pretty sure he chose the Bengals because the color scheme was similar to that of the Browns (he took the equipment with him after he was fired). There was some team that briefly existed in Cincinnati in the 30s called the Bengals and that he could hang his hat on as “tradition”.
