We used to have a joke about this. A drunk driver blasts through a stop sign. A stoned driver stops at the stop sign and waits for it to turn green. Both of these are wrong, but one is more dangerous than the other. Not endorsing either, but they do differ.

Maybe i'm terrible. Maybe i just know too much. Maybe both. But i can't help but think every time i see a Fossa sona... Hehe... Old chainsaw-dick at it again. And if you don't know what i mean consider yourself blessed.

So what i want to know from google is why they didn't ~just~ give us another offshoot website like ai.google.com and left that as the "ask our ai things" instead of recklessly and awfully integrating it into their fucking search engine so it is now completely and utterly useless.

I have this idea about how to make the world a better place and it involves a once-every-3 years billionaire caged deathmatch. Only one of them is allowed to leave alive and the prize is that you are allowed to continue living as a billionaire until you no longer are one.

I am fully convinced that the entire population of Calgary, Alberta is collectively competing in a "Park like an asshole" contest.

The year is 2040, anything that resembles shelter of any kind is now for rent on airbnb, anyone who did not have some form of property before 2035 is now homeless. Everyone including self proclaimed landlords is now effectively homeless in the pursuit of rent seeking. Governments see no problem.

Not to go all conspiracy theory but i have to wonder how much of canada's housing problem is caused by american companies owning canadian rental properties, seeing the disparity in the usd to cad and just adjusting canadian prices according to usd expectations because fuck you, pay me.
