Project 2025 wants to put Hyun Sook and I, and anyone else who writes books they falsely scream "pornography" at, in prison. They want the teachers and librarians who shelve our books to be registered sex offenders. I know what books they consider "porn," because my book banners are on their board.

The USPS is fucking great. Frankly it's a marvel of government doing unalloyed GOOD for the people. Which is why Republicans have spent decades trying to strangle it to death so it can be carved up and sold to UPS and FedEx and etc who are uniformly WORSE at the task in every measurable way

The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel confirms that a Columbus, Ohio, police officer detailed to the RNC shot and killed a homeless Black man (earlier reported to be in his early 20s) more than half a mile from the RNC arena. The man was known by the nickname Jehovah and took care of a pit bull named Isis.
