If someone told you, "Many of America's top reporters spend a lot of their day in a chat room run by a 'great replacement' believing white supremacist and where many posters are Nazis" you'd be alarmed. That's basically the situation now.

I’ve said this a million times, but I’m genuinely frightened about what Musk’s fascist propaganda network is doing to do to our politics. I really wish someone, anyone, would come up with a collective strategy to get journalists, organizers and elected officials off the platform.

i was just thinking about how i haven't heard from the dems their plan to shore up the government against future trumps/fascist incursions by say ending the filibuster, packing the scotus, abolishing the senate, etc, etc, etc, let alone their specific party ambitions other than "not trump"

seen talk of how dems have no wishlist counter of their own to project 2025 and imo this isn't even just "they don't care about us", it's also "they have no ambition even for themselves either". like "keep doing insider trading" and "have cushy job until dying of old age" is not a big dream
