I think most consumer goods should have a government funded BASELINE version that's either free or absurdly cheap. Bicycle? Have a shitty 2-speed. Smartphone? Right this way we cut so many corners and its slow but now you have access to the smartphone economy. Bank account? Yes we do that too.

Trump was so resistant to doing the job that he tried to get us to call Mar a-Lago "the Winter White House" to legitimize the fact that he planned to spend most of his time on vacation.

The discourse around biden needing more sleep is fully insane. Does no one remember "Executive Time," the thing Trump spent the majority(!) of his schedule on where he would just watch TV and tweet?
