i love this so much! i love how they're saying sounds i've never heard in my life and out of nowhere "is the day unlucky?" i could go back in time and ask somebody "is the day unlucky?" and they'd know exactly what i said

omg my personal information has been involved in a minimum of 3 data breaches. First one a couple years ago at LifeLabs, second one earlier this year from a pharma charity org where they got a LOT of extremely private information about me. Third one in May from Ticketmaster. Cloud data is not safe!

I'm having a real "I follow way too many Americans" moment on here today. No offense to all of you or your warranted anxieties, you're by and large very good people! But I sure am filling out my muted words list today. I have no place in these conversations.

Screening at 40 is not "early" screening. It's still a long shot away from protecting women like me, diagnosed stage 4 at 36, or another woman from work I'm close friends with, diagnosed at 30. Breast cancer is hitting younger and younger and heel dragging on early screening is killing us.
The Canadian Task Force on Preventive Health Care does not recommend breast cancer screening for women aged 40 to 49. Meanwhile, rates of breast cancer are rising in younger women, and early detection can save lives.

I just looked up information on clonazepam withdrawal and tapering methods and everything I've seen is saying that going cold turkey enormously increases the likelihood of long term confusion, poor cognitive function, and poor memory. That explains a LOT about Jordan Peterson!!

you do not actually have to complain about the culture here because it doesn’t exist. there’s like a couple of dozen people playing the hits of discourse and they like each others posts enough to get them in the “what’s hot classic” feed, it’s a mirage. mute them and post pictures of your lunch
