On Tues 3/19/24 5:42 pm, the driver (33/F) of a 2021 Honda CRV going west on Lamberton Dr hit & injured a child (12/F) who had gotten out of a parked car on the curb side, walked to the front of the car, & started crossing Lamberton. Police (MCP13780180) found the child at fault.

I need the opinion of lawyers on Bsky. If I wanted to go back to school to become an environmental lawyer, would it be worth it or would it be a ton of debt for an industry that will make me want to die?
