The only reason republican states are trying to add further restrictions is to prevent poorer people without access to the additional documentation from voting. This has nothing to do with preventing non-citizens from voting.

Where are the columnists who are experts in specific fields, breaking down what the Heritage Foundation + Trump want to do to each individual federal agency? E.g. I read the section dedicated to our intelligence agencies, and had to stop, since I was starting to feel a little nauseous.

The only two pieces of writing advice I consistently give are: 1. Write worse. Lower your standards as much as necessary to get the words on the page. 2. Finish writing before you start editing. It doesn't work for everyone, but it's the only approach that has ever worked for me.

I'm depressed about Biden. He promised 1 term when he ran, then got greedy & overstayed his welcome. I fear he's done a Ruth Bader Ginsburg to us, old people too stubborn to admit it's time to leave the stage. And look where that got us on the SCOTUS 😪 I'll still vote for him, of course.
