I mean, we’ve seen this play out with gore and lying, Kerry and flip flopping, clinton and emails, and now Biden and old. Excessive focus on the dem candidate and a perceived flaw, no way to prove that the dem candidate isn’t meeting that standard, every story framed through that one negative frame
It’s literally this again, where the pundits focus on a dem negative story and ignore or give a short blurb about trump, convincing the middle that trump is fine.
How joining the NYT rots your brain: the voters in the democratic primary did pick Biden, we’d have to over rule them to remove Biden. And yes clearly the NYT is focusing on Biden’s weakness to an excessive degree.
I’ll grant that the data indicates that we’re at the very start of another covid wave, but regardless things are so much better now. Weekly deaths at ~320/week is a great accomplishment.
Oh now I see where you got it. It's worth noting that they just changed data source. And when you look at the numbers, the CDC is pretty honest about which numbers are very incomplete (and thus grayed out).
Pulling this from trump's not press conference video feed: I love everything about this. Everyone looks either bored or confused. One guy on the front row is just scrolling his phone. One guy has a totally confused look. The "crowd" is 5 people across and 3-4 rows deep. No one looks fired up.
