So because Biden doesn’t behave the way you’d like the New York Times gets to lower its standards and wildly speculate on sensitive health information with no proof?

It wouldn't have legs, or be click worthy at all, if the White House did the right things. Biden is making his bed and lying in it.

As a longtime NYT subscriber who is completely open to and supportive of the idea of Biden dropping out I find this article breathtakingly irresponsible. I cannot believe it was published.

Damn. Imagine voting strategically to prevent the worst possible outcomes…

Le Pen's party (RN) got 143 seats. While a record, that's far (very far) from the 289 they hoped for to govern. How?! Hundreds of Left & Macronist candidates dropped out to help each other block the RN. And millions of voters then voted strategically to get that job done.

They tried this four years ago with varying results. The far better use of the money is by buying existing local TV stations and newspapers and staffing them properly

if there is one thing I want to come out of this election, regardless of result, it is Dems - and the left more generally - finally understanding that they need to make their own media ecosystem and stop relying on folks who want them to lose to get their message out
