Worth noting the EPA's brief correctly uses "nitrogen oxide" 7 times, and the EPA submitted a declaration from an official who used it twice. But nobody involved in the majority opinion, Justices and clerks, bothered to take the EPA's brief seriously, and so none of them noticed the error.

If we can somehow make it past November, orgs like Run for Something are going to be the ones that make sure we never find ourselves in this situation ever again.

One thing I can say about the last 10 days: It has 100% affirmed that the Run for Something mission to recruit, train, & support next generation leaders at every level - in part to end the gerontocracy - is urgent & important - & I’m really grateful to all who make it possible.
