Adding to this, please enjoy some street art from #Reykjavik.
Things are weird and unpleasant in the news! I like to counterprogram my brain and looking at / processing photos does that for me, so hey, here are four photos of mine from my trip to Portugal. Please to enjoy. Or don't. I'm not your boss. I was, but they fired me for stealing office supplies.

Okay - knows policy, and his policies are nuanced and not ridiculous and oversimplified pipe dreams of TFG. He's still the gaffable guy we have known since at least the 80s, but no more so than I would be speaking on the wide number of topics. I wish this was the debate performance.

Saw my first #CyberTruck in the wild and ... it looks more absurd than the photos: brutalist design, excessively wide, bizarre lines, shows all blemishes. It reminds me of a stainless steel Interstate rest stop toilet.

I enjoyed Alpha Centauri, which was "Sid Meier's Civilization, but on a different planet." I especially enjoyed that the game parameter files could be edited. Sometimes just wrecking the computer opponents was therapy.

Teletubbies (at that time) parent here - "Eat in a nice restaurant" is code for "take more than five minutes and enjoy the meal." I am happy for your colleague!

"Rapunki, when he joined the Seven!" Season 5 had some excellent episodes. I really liked the concept of Darmok, and Inner Light never fails to make my eyes watery.

#OTD On this day, 2020, mid-pandemic, I moved the kiddo back from college. Of course, I *had* to stop and get a photo / #geocache of the Jolly Green Giant statue in Blue Earth, MN.

🍽️@kenwhite 's visiting The Icelandic Phallological Museum reminded me of the breakfast I had in the cafe - waffles were good.

The cafe offers theme-shaped waffles, and they're pretty good.

Made Makrouta today, but misread "3/4 t" for "3/4 C" for both nigella and sesame seeds. It is thus very seedy. Recipe in alt text.

🍽️After eating these, I think 1/4C of each would have been perfect.
