saw a few people making this point and it seems so empty. "oh were you not aware that the president can do anything already?" guess the whole GOP legal apparatus is confused about the groundwork it needs to lay, then!
to me this particular interjection is just like saying there was practical prez immunity anyway, since we can all see there were live questions for the courts to consider. so no big deal.
