The 14th Amendment says if you were involved in an insurrection you can't be president. SCOTUS said they won't allow anyone to enforce that because of reasons they made up. The Constitution doesn't say the president is immune from criminal law. SCOTUS decided he is because of reasons they made up.

If anyone wants to understand why Mexico has such problems with corruption, it's LITERALLY because their Constitution actually PROHIBITS prosecuting presidents, sitting or retired. That has meant Mexican presidents can and thus generally do whatever they want, legal or not.

I’ve met the Creepy Twins! They’re obviously adults now, but they’re very nice ladies.

Surprisingly, this is what happened to Danny Lloyd in "The Shining." Kubrick, of all people, went out of his way to make sure Danny never saw the scary scenes. He actually played with the "creepy twins" off set.
