An apt metaphor for the criminality of our former President and the lawlessness of the judges he appointed.

For those keeping score at home, the President apparently does not have the constitutional authority to appoint a special prosecutor, but if he straight up orders DOJ to fabricate evidence to wrongfully prosecute a political opponent that's his right.

Ah, FB memories serving up some winners. This is what an itemized $1,330,000 NICU hospital bill looks like (only 96 days to get there). The apple is there for scale. Here’s why I share it. Too many ppl don’t know abt lifetime caps and pre-existing bans. Bc the STILL-VULNERABLE ACA banned them.

Same year, my soon-to-be wife and I sat at a table in a hip Melbourne CBD restaurant. Having a great time, I glance to my right and Paul is sitting right next to us. I remember being shocked at how old he seemed. But now I look at your photo and...he really wasn't.

Yes, although I would say the feedback was more nuanced than that. They wanted to protect her from the presumably awful attacks she would face, and therefore did not want her to run. This is different from not voting for her were she the nominee.

I haven't written about this, but there is *zero* risk of non-frivolous ballot litigation if the nomination is settled by the Convention, including in Ohio which changed its date. Until the delegates select a nominee, there is no nominee. Whatever happens, this is *not* a reason not to change.
