If sports *fans* take over a street because their team won a thing, it's fine, but God forbid anyone take over a street to *do* a sport. We have an event like this every year in Toronto, and amazingly, for the most part, the cops leave us alone.

Basically, I think potential negative outcomes are being oversold on their inevitability, here on the gay depressed millennial with student loan debt torment nexus.

My opinion is that the election is going to be closer than it ought to be but that more people don’t like Trump than do and that the end of Roe is going to get a lot of women who were otherwise ambivalent to the polls. And it’s going to be a very long and unpleasant summer and fall before then.
