Just won a significant decision in the Twitter arbitrations, with the SDNY confirming that Twitter needs to pay for those arbitrations unless & until individual arbitrators say otherwise. Oh, & also that their arguments for why an arbitrator might/should say otherwise are nonsense. decision's here

I've seen an instagram profile screenshot going around. Probably fake if no one has mentioned it yet. Setting aside the veracity, it indicated he was obsessed with Epstein.

If he was motivated by Trump's connetions to Epstein, that's your answer as to why no one in the press is talking about his motives.

It's shocking how many political "reporters" don't understand, or don't care, what politics actually are. To them, politics is only "political dynasties" and "scandals," drama for detached amusement. They could not care less about the tangible effects politics has on the people & world around them.

One final point. It is notable that Bender describes his upbringing on his page on the Times website as apolitical which, he claims, “made it easier for me to focus on stories engaging readers, not appeasing politicians or any political leaning.” I find this tone of self-congratulation naive./8

The reason they keep quoting panicked donors in the "Biden is DOOOOMED" story is that the donors are all extremely online and watch cable news etc and so its just a feedback loop. You make a new story in the NYT out of the donors repeating shit they read in the NYT
