There is no group of clickbaiters I respected more than GTA V/VI/Online content creators on YouTube. Their golden era was insane, just dudes being able to pump out 3-5 10 minute videos a day lying about one sentence from a Take Two Interactive conference call. Just straight-up lying too, incredible

You know, when when we first logged on 20-25+ years ago as young fans, we didn't want to take down democracy! We just wanted to have fun talking about stories and characters! Trump and Biden shouldn't have superfans! Politicians shouldn't have FANS! I feel like Switch in the Matrix right now...

They do realize they could have written the same exact story swapping out “Joe Biden” for “Donald Trump,” right? And they do realize that a leader with a huge army of “superfans” is a *bad* thing in a complicated and diverse modern democracy, right?
