Okay y'all, Biden didn't authorize a new $1B in arms for Israel, he opened a review period for it. This also sucks but isn't the same thing. The generous read is that it's a leverage move for further negotiations. The cynical read is the arms deal is a foregone conclusion. I'm in camp leverage.
