PA, mostly the eastern side, has really good pizza places, but they also have stuff like this that wouldn’t be out of place somewhere like Ohio or Wisconsin.
In Altoona, Pennsylvania they have "Altoona style" pizza, which is green bell peppers (capsicum, if you will), salami and slices of Kraft Singles for cheese.
Something is off with that whole state.
Whoa whoa whoa to be fair, we do NOT eat that in Philly. Not sure about Pittsburgh or Harrisburg, but it’s usually these 3 cities and then the rest of the state.
