The prospect of both France and the UK potentially recognising Palestine soon is huge, given both are on the Security Council. That really would make it just the US holding out.

Lot of questions about why Macron called snap elections. One clear factor: By ordering speed campaign, he expected Left could not unite, & so they'd be knocked out in Round 1, helping his own party. Instead, Left united within days—& now surged to win biggest bloc in Assembly.

this is helpful. Yeah I think keeping my reps / overall volume low and taking time in between training sessions to gauge recovery feels like the move

got COVID for the first time this past week. tons of conflicting information on returning to exercise - some say wait as long as 2 weeks, others say as needed, few distinguish between lifting and more cardio demanding sports. anybody have a source they trust on these questions?

Hearing that Jane passed away this morning. An immense loss. Her teachings changed much of my life. If you've never read her work, you should make it a priority to do so today.

we all gotta cherish the time we have left with Jane McAlevey, but among the things that are great about her is how much time and effort she's spent making sure we will have more organizers like her
