I wish I was immune to secondhand embarrassment.

I'm watching the new season of Hit Monkey instead of the RNC because suspension of belief can only take you so far.

I have a 2-minute video of my then-infant son licking a popsicle for the first time and giggling with joy at the experience. 100% better watching than any movie or tv show I ever saw before having kids.

When I asked friends what being a parent was like, I got 70% "best decision ever!" and 30% "it's hell but so worth it ahaha." No one said, "you won't get to do any of the things you enjoy right now, but you can't begin to imagine the glee you'll feel teaching a toddler to dip fries in ketchup."

During Trump's entire time in office there were no editorials from NYT demanding he resign, after everything he did. They only write such editorials if they think they can draw blood. They didn't want to look stupid, so didn't bother. It's not about doing the right thing. It's only about THEM.

But Biden seemed sleepy that one time, so...
