Any outlet that doesn’t cover this story is making a choice to ignore it, and we should be asking why.

However, the SCOTUS decision to overturn Chevron means that every one of these can and will be ruled unconstitutional. They are all regulations, not laws.

Banning medical debt from credit reports. Cracking down on junk fees. Banning non-competes. Capping credit card fees. Negotiating drug prices. Expanding OT pay. These Biden policies don't make headlines, but this is what it looks like when government works for the people.

Give to your community. Homelessness is going to be illegal, so give to orgs that help. Trans folks are in danger, so help those orgs. Give to food pantries. Give to youth programs, give to churches, give to arts programs. You can always help *someone*. And we are all gonna fucking need it.

Hey, media frens -- what did Donald Trump do on Thursday night after the debate? We know that Joe hung out and talked to people, went to a rally, and then went to Waffle House with his wife. There was no coverage of Trump that I can find. What did he do?

I don't want some egghead bureaucrat telling me whether there's poison in the water I drink. Ideally I'd want that decided by a 29yo judge who went to a "biblical law school" and does not believe dinosaurs existed, and then to have that decision reaffirmed six years later by the Supreme Court.

Frank luntz (yes, I know he sucks) was tweeting about how as the night went on, his "undecided" focus group swung pretty heavily away from Trump because of how they viewed his attacks on biden. Like everyone on this site is not the target market and people seem to forget that.
