The utter failure of the left--I have to include myself for accountability, but also the monied interests that matter--to support the brave providers on the frontlines of the nightmare unleashed by Dobbs is a stain on our humanity.

The good news is the NY Times finally noticed that there’s a major story about abortion access unraveling in blue states the bad news is they only quoted the extremists and didn’t bother to contact the grassroots resident org opposing the extremists so now I’ve got to do the NYT’s job for them.

A certain subset of Republican commentator spent the entire Obama Administration doing stuff like this. Obama would say something innocuous like “television shows used to grossly underrepresent people of color” and Ben Shapiro would spend days screeching “SO MR. ROGERS IS RACIST NOW? IS THAT IT?”
