I have made more than my share of jokes about that incident, but at least that guy was acting to preserve an ongoing personal relationship with his friend Dick Cheney, was embarrassed for Cheney, felt bad about the whole mess. Trump doesn't really know *his* servile schmucks, nor care about them.
