“They want to eliminate national parks” is a very simple way to get just about anyone on the Stop Project 2025 train. Are there much more glaring and life-threatening goals of P25? Yes but even your most bigoted cousin does not want to see the parks system sold for parts.

In "Bell Riots," the dystopian vision of 2024 is that sanctuary districts would be designated which legally permit the unhoused to sleep outside or in derelict buildings, where food is provided and there's an office that sets people up with work. i really love the giggles i get from spotting passing cybertrucks. that said, there’s actually several in my town, and mostly now i try to stay as far away from them as possible so if their computer decides it doesn’t need to brake, i don’t end up in a tree.

If you’re ever having a bad day, or uncertain where you are in life, you can always say “at least I didn’t spend six figures on a stupid vehicle that is more often than not just an impractically large paperweight “
