To be fair, what I learned from the Twitter to X transition is that CEOs run multiple companies by tweeting fash memes all day. Any janitor can do this better than Elon.
In this case the "means of production" would be the hands, arms, brain, etc. used to clean said toilet, not the toilet itself. Maybe the brush and any other cleaning products, etc.
‘Means of production’ is actually a good bit more complicated than either ‘toilet’ or ‘arms’ these days but I would encourage you to try enjoying jokes on the internet instead of explaining Marxian economics in 300 characters
