Let me try. Not only does this overturn an *1867* law as unconstitutional, it all-but-disregards Wickard v. Filburn. And it expressly endorses an argument - made, of course, by Calabresi - that McCulloch v. Maryland was wrong because John Marshall didn't know what words meant to the founders.
