Tesla did a lot of fraud to build up a nearly 2 million vehicle/year car business, but the truly wild part is that instead of leveraging that incredible achievement to go legit (which the authorities seemed happy to allow) Elon Musk let the car business die on the vine in favor of more fraud.

Two things to remember: A) Uber and Lyft do not need to shut down operations in Minneapolis. They are choosing to do it to scare other communities considering applying fairness to gig work B) this tactic is available to them because they're only abandoning one market. They can't do it everywhere.

New: Nex Benedict’s family has put out a statement via their lawyer regarding the medical examiner’s summary, which ruled he died by suicide. The statement reveals the summary left out key details about the severity of Nex’s injuries from the assault, including multiple head contusions.
