My mutual aid group was threatened with fines and arrest for distributing clothes to migrants in December and January at Floyd Bennett Field. Children were in shorts and flip flops in the freezing cold. When we tried to apply for the permit they said we needed, there was no permit to apply for.

Arresting We The People organizers for doing needed food and clothing distribution in Harlem is very wrong. And, these arrests were ridiculously violent. Mutual Aid is not a crime
