Johnny McEntee, one of Trump's most loyal deputies who is in regular contact with him, is literally one of the people collecting resumes for staffers who would implement Project 2025. Shame on any journalistic outfit who takes this "truth" at face value.

Today in "Trump didn't write this, someone on his campaign staff did." I don't know if Kellyanne Conway is working for Trump these days but this feels more like her style, voice, and syntax than Trump or those posting on his behalf recently.

This is exactly right. He's 100% in favour of Project 2025 because it makes him out to be a saviour. Trump doesn't find what they do to be abysmal (which staffer wrote this, by the way?). He loves the ego-stroking. He WANTS to be a dictator because he only cares about being a winner.

This is fucking outrageous and irresponsible. Folks- if voting didn't matter, if it wasn't essential, and it had zero effect on the outcome of an election, THEY WOULDN'T FIGHT SO FUCKING HARD TO STOP PEOPLE FROM VOTING. Gerrymandering and voter suppression is not for shits and giggles.

He voted in both 2020 and 2022.

As an aside, I can’t believe our presidential election has come down to a fascist who wants to establish himself as an unaccountable dictator and then do a lot of bad things; a guy who is trying to convince voters he’s not senile; and a guy denying cannibalism.

Mutual aid is the best defence we have now. Start building networks now so you won't have to scramble later. As a side note, start learning sustainable living skills. Learn how to sew, preserve food, and grow vegetables. Learn how to purify and store potable water. Be ready to share.

Give to your community. Homelessness is going to be illegal, so give to orgs that help. Trans folks are in danger, so help those orgs. Give to food pantries. Give to youth programs, give to churches, give to arts programs. You can always help *someone*. And we are all gonna fucking need it.
