Anyone who thinks the can't do stuff like shut down the IRS or DoE or anything else: the don't have to. They turn the leadership positions into sinecures they hand out to loyal supporters and then those organizations just kind of stop doing things.

Aileen Cannon is a good example of how Project 2025 would work. You put a barely qualified fascist in every government position that matters and BINGO. Fash times in the USA!
