It's also why if you back to the (original) founding era and ask "what did 2A /do/" the answer is ~ nothing. Because the firearms regulations were by the states, which until the 14th, weren't themselves regulated by 2A, hence there just /weren't/ federal restrictions. Because it was for states.

Don't let them say CPD isn't subject to oversight. Eventually. If you do it enough.

Are we really going to let the left split over college protests? We're going to willingly wage an internal proxy battle over Israel on campuses, and we're going to inflame that further with ad hoc, post-fact rules, outright lies for justification for our violent police response.
