I think part of what is making everyone so deranged right now is that we all know the polls are really off but have no idea what direction. Yeah sure Biden is up five in Michigan and down seven in Pennsylvania, that checks out, that’s where things actually are.
Biden trails Trump by just 2 points across key states, a Bloomberg News/Morning Consult shows, even as three in 10 Democrats say he should leave the race trib.al/GlWZVox
I don't think any other answer was possible for this question. Even if Biden was willing to pull out all the stops to prevent fascism after Trump hypothetically won the election, admitting it ahead of time would be a huge blunder.
On top of what other people have said, an important consideration is how much you want to idealize yourself. Preteens' and teenagers' fursonas stereotypically have wild color patterns, wings, and magic powers; as people become more comfortable with themselves, they tend to gravitate towards 1/?
more subdued designs and colors, with characters who are less exceptional within their own contexts. (e.g. instead of being the Most Powerful Sorceror Ever, a wizard fursona might specialize in conjuring a really good cup of coffee.)
There are two elements to the immunity decision that are particularly extreme in a way that many will miss: (1) motive is irrelevant and (2) immune acts are not just excluded from prosecution, they’re excluded from evidence.

1/ Let me explain one way that today's Trump immunity decision threatens the survival of the Republic.
Under today's ruling, a President would be immune for any way in which he used the military (a "core function"), even to kill American citizens in America. Theoretically, the soldiers who . . .
One thing I think people forget is how relentlessly *stupid* every day of the Trump administration was. He doesn’t need to do a big elaborate complicated conspiracy, he can just (e.g.) email a list of every U.S. agent in the field to Putin and say it’s to own the libs, and *that* will have immunity.
It occurs to me that the Supreme Idiots have actually created a Presidency more powerful than the British King at the time of the founding.
Charles I got executed for official acts for which the U.S. President is now immune.
Absolutely wild that the court accuses the dissent of "fearmongering" with "extreme hypotheticals" when the actual basis for the indictment is a coup attempt that led to an attack on the capitol
they wouldn't be doing all this sweaty shit if they thought the people were actually with them. it's a desparate attempt to overrule the will of the people and it does not, must not, work
In a lot of ways the entire Republican establishment since the 70s has been dedicated to making sure that what happened to Nixon would never be allowed to happen to one of theirs again
Nah they have a point. The VP is often seen as the presumptive nominee - the party turning away from her could be seen as a snub to a qualified Black woman, regardless of her rizz deficiency.
Triply so if age takes Biden during his term and she serves some time as potus.
Source #30 is this WaPo article and it calls him "brash and bombastic", but not quick-witted or ruthless. I suspect it was originally given as the citation for the whole sentence, and some editor had fun failing the verification of the missing adjectives. www.washingtonpost.com/video-games/...
