Just like none of the bold investigators backfilling Joe Biden's feeble debate performance with punchy anonymous quotes have ever figured out why Trump was rushed to Walter Reed, claimed he wanted a spur-of-the-moment weekend checkup, and a year later declared that he had NOT had a series of strokes
"Executive Time" fell out of the coverage of Donald Trump in the most incredible way. Nobody writing about his quest to become president again ever mentions the fact that he hated the job when he had it and he couldn't and wouldn't really do it!

Why is Biden only running in Biden? He should be running in Harris, Haaland, Buttigieg, Regan, Murthy, and all the rest of the people who come with him. And he’s not just running against Trump, but against Miller, Bannon, Kushner, Bolton, Kid Rock and Nazi ghouls who come with him. Message better.

Either the Democrats will run Biden, or he'll say he can't continue the campaign and Democrats will run Harris. Either is newsworthy, but neither is nearly as radical as running a pro-insurrection convicted felon with legal immunity he's eager to use.

CHIEF JUSTICE V. THE WOMEN OF THE UNITED STATES The MAGA majority wants to deliver Trump a government conscripted in an “effort to belittle and degrade women,” and GOP men would like women to stop being so “hysterical” about it, writes Dahlia Lithwick.

The thing I can't stop thinking about is this: I'm 48, and in my adult lifetime there has been one Republican who won the popular vote. But I will probably spend the rest of my life under the authority of a Supreme Court dominated by hard right conservatives. How is that democracy?

Going public with an experience like this is life-altering for a woman, so when you read these stories remember both the extraordinary amount of courage involved and also the likelihood that there are many others you’ll never hear.

In America, aging is seen as a disqualifying crime. However being a rapist, traitor, fraud who kept stolen nuclear secrets in a house he charged anonymous interlopers $200,000 to hang out at isn’t. Got it.

Also too: imagine if every NYT pundit used their valuable space this morning to call on Rs to ditch Trump for being held liable for sexual abuse, for committing 34 felonies, and for lying about literally everything. They could do that! They don't! I wonder why!

The Democratic Party’s reaction to their candidate having a bad debate substantially outpaces the Republican Party’s reaction to their candidate being convicted of multiple felonies, held liable for rape, and owing judgments in the hundreds of millions for defamation and fraud.

Take a break from freaking out over the debate and recenter yourself on the issues. Like how a Trump presidency means miscarrying will be forced to bleed out in hospital parking lots. Good time to remind people who are fence sitters, as well. www.salon.com/2024/06/28/i...

making the night about Biden's voice and not Trump's lies is a real choice on the part of our news media
Media has an incentive to sensationalize what was a debate that ultimately showed us that Trump is Trump and Biden is Biden Trying to make a contested/brokered convention happen is their way of making the above seem like news

...total and complete bed rest for the remainder of the pregnancy is required; that up to 37% of women with this condition who don't get an abortion go into septic shock; that serious health problems are almost universal... but since only 1%-5% of women die, abortion should illegal there.

RUN THIS AS AN AD. Of course it'll play well with college students and people who have debt but it also will play well with the parents of kids with debt. They give af about their kids getting a fair shot too!
Yeah, this seems worth avoiding.

Idk if there’s official messaging out there from groups but this is essentially what I’ve said when I call, except in a much more succinct and less stammering way so I’ll be stealing it going forward.
"I'm calling to express my concern about the close association Justices Thomas and Alito have to the Jan 6 insurrection. As your constituent, I ask you to call for the Senate to investigate whether Thomas and Alito should recuse or even resign. We cannot have insurrectionist judges on the bench."
